Food vendors must be insured and have their health department permit
Food Vendors are required to be permitted to the vendor in the Town of Fishkill. If you are a food vendor you must submit your paperwork and health department permits by Sept 30th, 2023. Failure to do so will be a surrender of your vendor fee.
